Operations Counsel
The candidate will prepare review, revise and negotiate legal documents to ensure the company?s obligations are compatible with management?s philosophy. Will interpret existing contracts. Complete administrative functions on a daily basis including maintaining due dates and performing project intake functions. Respond to issues as they arise in diverse matters affecting day-to-day business operations by assisting, advising, investigating, researching and resolving legal matters. Protect company in all business relationships. Ensure company compliance with legal policies, state and federal laws, and regulations. Identify potential legal issues related to proposed transactions. Participate in structuring and negotiating transactions and set procedures to reduce risk. Advise business people and work with outside counsel, when necessary and approved.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
