You will be going through the General Manager Training of Firehouse Subs in the first three months of employment in order to be certified with Firehouse Subs as a General Manager.

Responsibilities:
Can build, coach, manage and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint.
Responsible for the Financial administrative responsibilities.
Assist Customers over the phones & over the counter.
General Restaurant operations and back-office tasks; Opening & Closing the store, Food Prep in the morning, stocking & rotating, maintaining cleanliness & cleaning at close, monitoring service reports, running closing computer tasks, inventories, sales etc.
Manage the guest experience and ensure high customer satisfaction You are responsible for the overall operation Manage all financial administrative responsibilities like cost controls, inventory control, cash control and labor cost.
You must set an example for all employees Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Management Requirements:
Must be available for some Night & Weekend shifts.
Must have attention for detail & food quality.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have 1
years of restaurant experience
