Duties and Responsibilities ? Answer majority of incoming calls, directing calls, taking messages and following up on daily voice mails; Communicate with customers via Phone and email.
? Greet walk-in customers and be able to assist them or direct to proper person.
? Learn Printsmith Order Entry and Estimating Software.
? Promote and assist with the following services that Blanc provides:
Online customer portals, branded apparel and promotional items, direct mail, offset & digital print, marketing and branding services for small businesses ? Assist in processing ecommerce orders and phone orders ? Assist management in these areas as needed to become familiar with these services and software programs:
Direct Mail, Fulfillment services, Worldship Software? Job Type:
