Identifies and suggests innovative approaches and participates in implementing performance improvement opportunities.
Maintains compliance with Presbyterian SeniorCare Network policy and procedure in accordance with governing laws, regulations, regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies and community standards.
Demonstrates on a consistent basis individual and team behavior that supports the Person-Centered philosophies of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network.
Consistently upholds the mission, values and behavior standards of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Maintains confidentiality.
Other duties may be assigned.
Greets all guests, visitors, potential prospects, and members with a warm and friendly disposition, follows and executes COVID protocols within the Community when appropriate.
Engage with Members on a daily basis in a positive, friendly, respectful manner and maintains a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the commons.
Uphold person-centered culture at all times.
Schedule non-medical transportation for Members.
Handle in-community transactions for Members such as paying for an activity, transportation, extra housekeeping needs, and other fee for service charges.
Assist in LifeStyle Engagement which includes setting up activities, execution of activities, maintaining sign-up sheets, assist in Member lead events, and other duties as assigned.
Handle incoming requests from Members and distribute to appropriate department when necessary through knowledge of the Community such as daily menu, daily activities, what the Community has to offer, emergency plans, how Call for Aid works, basic knowledge and understanding of K4Connect, and other required information to Members.
Serve as the facilitator of communication for the community by maintaining and distributing community Directory to Members and appropriate staff, updates Communication Board and Communication Channel.
Keep an open line of communication with each department and reports any incidents immediately and complete a written report and file when necessary.
Assembles and maintains collateral materials for the Director of Sales and Referrals and ensures an adequate level of office supplies are available.
Performs various related clerical duties which may include:
typing brief memos, letters and forms; filing; photocopying; maintaining logs, assists with reporting, pull and print required reports from point of sale and ensure information is provided timely to financial services.
Collaborates with other team members to ensure a person-centered culture in meeting the needs and desires of residents and other staff.
Knowledge of Microsoft Software such as Word and Excel.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software.
Location:
Encore on the Lake Administration Schedule:
Full Time, Daylight Shift, Monday thru Friday.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
