Assuring that product is shipped to customer in good condition, assure that product is visually acceptable, assure that product is shipped in a timely manner according to customer due date.
Keeping in contact with CSR's regarding issues to assure that a job or order is shipped correctly.
? Check for quality and consistency in packaged product.
? Prepares shipments and packs items to ensure safe delivery.
? Prepares bills of lading; checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct.
? Other duties as assigned and may consist of assisting a peer department, to include but not limited to, assisting in the following departments:
mailing, specialty binder, specialty finishing and bindery.
