JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Support all Yard operations, technical, and maintenance activities and support project management activities for Keystone.
Direct supervision over Yard Managers.
Oversee and ensure compliance with company SOP'S/Policies, and DOT Operator requirements.
Provide guidance to resolve operational problems as required.
Work unified with shared service departments to maintain consistency with all areas of business and maximize benefits of all departments.
Ensure equipment/parts reliability and efficiency with the support and use of preventative maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and company policy.
Provide recommendations for system operational improvements through submission of capital and expense projects as part of the annual budgeting process.
This position is On-Call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Overseeing fulfillment of procurement requests, coordinating, tracking of owned assets, rental assets, purchased supplies and consumables; Procurement, coordination, scheduling, tracking, upkeep and management of the Logistics and Transportation Operations for Heavy Haul and Hot Shots; Inventory management, maintenance, protection and storage of Company assets, repair of equipment, and careful recording of the disbursement of equipment; Maintenance of the yard facilities and regional vehicles.
Overseeing completion of purchase orders in a timely manner, as required for all purchased and rental items.
This position will require traveling to all Yard locations and corporate offices.
Responsible for reviewing documentation daily and checking for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain relationships with current Vendors and ensures pricing is consistent.
Look for Vendors in new areas and facilitates the paperwork/process needed to set them up as a Vendor.
Oversee stocking levels and order inventory as required based on usage of equipment and parts.
Assist with scheduling personnel and prioritizing repairs to help reduce company operational costs and down time.
Oversee maintenance on Yard equipment/vehicles and is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the yard, parking areas and/or buildings.
Oversee the schedule and delivery of all Keystone owned and/or rented equipment, tools and supplies to Keystone Clearwater job sites.
Work closely with Yard Managers to maintain an orderly yard with equipment stored in proper locations for easy access, and reasonably protected from the elements, as may be appropriate.
Oversee worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution.
Oversee weekly and monthly inventory reports and analysis of usage.
Support the asset tracking system of the Company, such as GPS tracking devices or RFID tags, as may be mounted on the assets stored in the Yard.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have experience with Yard Management, Oil/Gas or Construction background and strong planning/organizational skills.
Must possess strong troubleshooting, problem solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment or independently as the workload requires.
Must have a well-rounded maintenance/operational background and strong technical skills.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, Local and Company regulations including DOT, EPA, OSHA, etc.
Experience and competency with Microsoft Office EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience WORKING CONDITIONS:
100% Travel Required Main Office location is in Mansfield, PA Occasional overnight travel may be required.
