3K a year 12 hours ago 12 hours ago 12 hours ago This position can be based remotely or in office at our corporate headquarters in Canonsburg, PA Job Purpose You will be responsible for overseeing Conveyance files including associated inspections and preservation work orders.
You will be responsible for issuing and reviewing completed work orders to determine if the work order was fulfilled, meets all conveyance requirements, all related documentation and deadlines have been met in order to properly convey properties.
Duties & Responsibilities Issue required work orders to bring properties into conveyance condition.
Review completed work orders and bids to ensure the scope of work and internal and customer requirements are met.
Closely monitor timelines and deadlines to ensure timely conveyance.
Review vendor partner invoices to ensure they are in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Review and submit for customer and/or investor approval.
Submit all approved and completed orders to the customer for payment.
Perform other day to day financial transactions of field services invoices including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording all accounts receivable and accounts payable data associated with each field services invoice.
Identify invoice discrepancies and resolve billing issues via phone or email.
Complete various accounting tasks using third-party and proprietary software.
