Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social work or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with seniors.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
