Seeking Technical Writer with proven success in highly technical field such as:
software development, computer science or engineering with ability to evaluate and analyze complex information and a natural desire to help people understand it.
Provide daily oversight of the ServiceNow knowledge-base and ensure the content is up to date.
Write and edit technical documents including reference manuals Write and edit procedural documentation such as user guides and troubleshooting guides Determine the type of publication ad format to best serve the requirements for the user.
Meet with engineers, support teams and project/product managers to learn about specific products or processes.
Assess the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended; adjust tone and technical terms used to meet those needs to ensure understanding Plan writing processes and set timelines and deadlines Create or work with SME's to create diagrams, charts and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding a product or process Identify, recommend, develop and implement end user training to increase computer literacy and self-sufficiency Education/Certifications Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Sciences or related field and equivalent work experience preferred ITIL v4 experience preferred Cloud experience preferred 3-5 years of work related experience Excellent communication skills Flexible work from home options available.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
