We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our administrative team as a Human Resources Recruiter.
The Human Resources Recruiter has a key role responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting the HR Manager in various aspects of talent acquisition and onboarding.
This position involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates, as well as coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent to contribute to our company's success.
This position reports directly to the HR Manager and involves end-to-end recruitment processes.

Must be able to pass a drug screen prior to and randomly throughout employment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Draft compelling and accurate job ads for open positions.
Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source potential candidates.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability and interest in the position.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
Prepare interview materials, including interview questions and candidate evaluation forms.
Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring recommendations.
Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop competitive and fair job offers.
Communicate offers to candidates and negotiate terms when necessary.
Coordinate background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Onboarding:
Assist in the development and delivery of new hire orientation programs.
Coordinate orientation schedules, materials, and presentations.
Facilitate the completion of new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain organized and confidential employee records.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure new hires receive necessary training.
Monitor and support the onboarding progress of new employees.
Support the integration of new hires into the company culture and teams.
Conduct follow-up meetings to address any concerns or questions during the onboarding process.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment and onboarding activities.
Generate reports on recruitment metrics and onboarding effectiveness.
Communicate regularly with hiring managers, department heads, and candidates to provide updates on recruitment and onboarding processes.
