Position is in office 8am to 4:
30pm with a half an hour for lunch Answer incoming phone calls Direct callers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed including forwarding sales leads to sales reps Confirm with customer future service appointments and update customers throughout the day when changes are necessary Schedule maintenance appointments and service calls utilizing the service dispatch board.
Schedule follow up work and service agreement customers prepaid maintenance Perform Happy Calls and follow-up on Service recommendations as directed.
Quote repairs as necessary as directed by the Service Manager Work with Service Manager to establish and monitor a proficient service schedule by planning daily routes, schedule work loads and assign appointments based on technician's abilities and geographic area to dispatch for profit.
Relay accurate information to technicians regarding appointments and parts Issue and maintain all service agreements Record the results of each service call and verify paperwork as it is turned in Effectively communicate with managers, co-workers, vendors and customers Be professional to establish rapport and encourage repeat business Perform clerical duties such as typing proposals and billing customer Knowledge and Skills:
Effective communication skills Ability to effectively multi-task Ability to work under pressure Ability to plan Regular and punctual attendance.
Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to type Ability to handle a variety of fast paced tasks at the same time.
Ability to perform accurate data entry.
Customer Service Acumen Organized and can create systems to stay organized Knowledge of surrounding geographic area to ensure effective and efficient routing Knowledge of the HVAC field is a plus Customer assistance and Dispatcher experience is preferred but not necessary If you have the required skills and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please apply with your updated resume.
