Summary:
The Operations Administrator performs a wide range of clerical and administrative duties as well as supports a variety of complex office procedures in support of and collaboration with the branch managers and sales team.
The incumbent will also be responsible for assistance with the invoicing process - ensuring precision and efficiency in financial transactions.
Minimum
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Answer & route inbound telephone calls to appropriate individuals.
Collaborate with sales, branch management, and other relevant departments to obtain necessary information for invoices.
Prepare and generate accurate and timely invoices for products or services rendered by the company.
Verify the completeness and accuracy of invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and terms.
Utilize billing software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to input and process financial data.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all invoices, receipts, and related documentation.
Participate in tasks related to sales tax administration, set-up, and filing.
Various administrative tasks to support the operations team.
