The candidate will prepare review, revise and negotiate legal documents to ensure the company?s obligations are compatible with management?s philosophy. Will interpret existing contracts. Complete administrative functions on a daily basis including maintaining due dates and performing project intake functions. Respond to issues as they arise in diverse matters affecting day-to-day business operations by assisting, advising, investigating, researching and resolving legal matters. Protect company in all business relationships. Ensure company compliance with legal policies, state and federal laws, and regulations. Identify potential legal issues related to proposed transactions. Participate in structuring and negotiating transactions and set procedures to reduce risk. Advise business people and work with outside counsel, when necessary and approved.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
