Will be providing legal advice to various departments within company, including matters regarding the following: Land (Gas and Coal); Noble and Hess Joint Ventures; CONE Gathering; ARCH Coal?CNX Gas Cooperation Agreements; Leatherwood; ERC (External RequestCommittee); Business Development; Water; IS R Seismic; Government Relations; Litigation. Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) is required. Should preferable be member in good standing of the West Virginia, Pennsylvania or Virginia Bar. Must have 6-10 years of experience in a related field.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
