General Position Summary
The Director of Employee Engagement will lead the development and implementation of all strategies, programs and events in collaboration with senior leadership to ensure a focus on improving culture and employee engagement, drive retention, and reduce attrition.

Major Responsibilities
1. Develops long-term strategies and sponsors key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of service excellence, employee retention, and attrition reduction.
2. Strategically collaborates with and builds relationships across functional department, and key external stakeholders to deliver on retention focused initatives.
3. Collects timely data to support business initiatives through focus groups, surveys, town halls, one-on-one interviews, and other methodology; evaluates and applies the data to support decisions.
4. To coordinate the development and implementation of succession planning strategies across the organization.
5. To plan, develop, and maintain the performance management system and corresponding initiatives.
Position Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in related field required; 5-7 years' experience in related role strongly preferred.
2. Experience with leading and ownership of succession planning and performance management programs.
3. Proven track record of driving impactful change across an organization.
4. Significant experience of leading and delivering through non-directly managed groups, e.g. working parties or cross-functional teams.
5. Strong analytical skills, understanding of attrition metrics, MS Excel profeciency required.
Working Conditions
Non-Center Based. Requires: the ability to sit at a computer for hours at a time (with some bending and stooping), travel to Centers (if so, the noise level is moderate and there is potential for exposure to infectious diseases and blood-borne pathogens), and ability to lift 50 lbs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
