They would like someone who has 3 year years of call center experience and skilled in MS, Excel, Word, and Power Point. Excellent verbal skills, organization skills, and able to multi task. College degree or business related field is required
They are looking for someone to analyze volume of calls, calls answered, as well as abandoned calls, on a daily basis to ensure defined service levels are achieved.
They need someone to monitor and evaluate the performance of agents and someone who can also provide them with feedback on a weekly basis.
Provide training for new hires
Good problem solving skills
Willing and able to work evenings , nights, and weekends to meet the needs of the business.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
