Summary:Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, Title & Closing, this position is responsible to assist the Title Team in transactional functions of the title / closing process.Job
Responsibilities:? -Receive incoming signed contracts and all new orders? -Obtain all information from seller, real estate agents and lenders? -Prepare sellers documents for the seller to execute? -Final review of all items required for closing? -Communicate status to all parties? -Weekly updates to clients on status of all closings? -Complete various tasks using 'PropertySmart' (proprietary software)? -Related job duties and tasks as neededSkill, Knowledge & Abilities:? -Advanced Microsoft Office skills? -Commitment to customer satisfaction? -Superior communication skills? -Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills? -Ability to handle multiple tasks within critical time frames
Qualifications:? -1 Year title / closing experience preferred? -Working knowledge of Pennsylvania Land Title procedures
