Position provides national direction, guidance, and support for processes, procedures, and standards relating to the estimating, design, construction, and implemention of small cell networks. Responsible for supporting the regional management teams, in coordination with national and corporate counterparts, in their performance of the region's goals relating to revenue and capital expense. Duties will include but not be limited to sales support, and integration support for matters relating to all SCN product lines including Outdoor DAS, Indoor DAS, Small Cells Fiber and Lit service offerings. Responsible for developing processes and tools to ensure the regional implementation teams financial objectives are met and Crown Castle's execution relative to external customer expectations and internal key performance metrics are achieved, up to and including the operational handoff.
Essential Job Functions
oAssist Regional teams through process improvement and standard development to ensure timely support of the sales and RFP processes through and including the deployment implemetaion process.
oManage collaboratively with the Crown s in support of national sales & implementaion initiatives.
oAssist the regional management staff with process improvement and standard development to optimize the profit & loss, job cost, cash flow, contract deliverables, and increase asset yield for small cell projects and/or assets.
oServe as a subject matter expert across all product lines in partnership with the Crown Castle sales team to support presales efforts at a national level.
oDevelop a strong working relationship with each regional team in order to maximize new opportunities and revenue.
oFacillitate the flow of National process, proceedure, and standard initiatives through to the regional teams relevant to training, policy, new tools and standards adoption.
oPartner across organization lines with peers in support of Crown value initiatives and to collaborate on common management goals for district, region and country as a whole.
oManage a team supporting the same goals including hiring, terminations, performance reviews, training, rewards,recognition, and scheduling.
oProvide support when needed for M&A and Integration activites.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
