Summary:Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, Property Preservation, this position is responsible for obtaining property valuation products through the daily management of a region and its corresponding vendor partners.

Responsibilities:o Assign and follow-up on active property preservation orders.o Ensure that product is received in a timely manoro Build excellent relationships with customers and vendor partners, and address quality concerns when needed.o Remain in contact with customers to ensure timely communication of any product issues.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:o Superior communication skillso Commitment to customer satisfactiono Excellent interpersonal and organizational skillso Persistence in vendor recruiting and product follow-upo Ability to handle multiple tasks within critical time frameso Prioritize tasks with a sense of urgencyo Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
