Growing client in Canonsburg, PA (Southpointe Business Park) is in need of an experienced Customer Service Representative. This positions involves responding to inbound calls to assist customers who have specific inquiries, and build customer's interests and services offered by the organization. Applicants will also be required to make outbound calls to dispatch appropriately, skilled and licensed contractors to resolve customer issues related to warranties. Applicants may be required to work weekend and evening schedules per the companies request. Applicants must have a valid drivers license & a high school diploma along with relevant work experience.
ROBINSON PA - Trucking Industry Clerical Positions
All Applicants Must have Proficient Data Entry Skills
- Log Audit, $12-$14:
Processing Fuel and Log Reports, Taking Customer Calls, Verbal Correspondence with Drivers, Must have customer service Experience.
- Dispatch, $12-$14
Must have good Communication/customer service skills. Communicating with drivers in regard to routes, pickups, ect. Communication with Trucking Vendors.
- Safety Dept. $12-$14
Working with safety Dept. Communicating with insurance agents, reporting accidents, communicating with drivers about incidents.
