Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 10 years relevant manufacturing support, R&D and/or quality support platforms management experience, or 8 years' experience with Master's Degree is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Position functions semi-autonomously. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Approximate total of employees supervised: 30 . The level of positions supervised:
Director/Manager/Supervisor
Professional and Technical (e.g. Project Mgrs, Analysts, Engineers)
Must have significant depth and breadth of understanding of Information Technology disciplines, including project management, architecture. Must have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical quality and research & development business processes. Must be experienced in successfully managing multiple complex IT projects simultaneously. Experience implementing Quality and R&D systems, including lab automation, clinical trial management, change/deviation management, and related platforms required.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English are required.
